Description
Magulla brescoviti is a genus of spiders named after Antonio Domingos Brescovit in honor of his contributions to Brazilian arachnology. Male Magulla brescoviti differ from other males in that their palpal bulb has less developed keels and a ventral curvature in the apical portion of embolus.
Magulla brescoviti is part of the genus Tmesiphantes, which is a genus of Brazilian tarantulas in the subfamily Theraphosinae. Eugène Louis Simon first described Tmesiphantes in 1892.
