Description

Neischnocolus bladesi is a species of spider in the genus Neischnocolus, which is native to Central and northern South America. Neischnocolus spiders have hairy, light to dark brown carapaces, hairy legs with spines, and modified Type I urticating hairs on the abdomen. Males also have one or two conical processes on the rear-facing surface of the tibia of the pedipalp. Neischnocolus bladesi is synonymous with Neischnocolus panamanus, which was previously known as *Ami sp. Panama*.
